I am a trained and certified psychotherapist who works with women and couples in Tzfat. I have a thoughtful and sensitive client-centered approach, and have helped many clients who were:

  • Dealing with the effects of trauma and difficult life experiences

  • Improving challenging relationships

  • Striving to build a positive sense of self

  • Suffering from anxiety and depression

  • Struggling with physical and mental illnesses

  • Becoming the type of parents that they would like to be

  • Developing their spiritual strengths and life purpose

I draw from various approaches including:

  • EMDR trauma therapy

  • Internal family systems (IFS)

  • Psycho-dynamic therapy

  • Body centered psychotherapy

  • Focusing

  • EFT

  • Psychodrama

  • Guided imagery

  • Attachment theory

  • Emotionally focused couples therapy

  • Family Systems

  • Sensory-motor psychotherapy

Each person is unique, and I find that having a well stocked toolbox helps me offer various approaches to meet the needs of each individual.

As a frum woman I see therapy as a way to help each person in their own personal process of spiritual and emotional growth.

I received my Masters degree in clinical sociology from the University of North Texas, and did an additional 2 years of clinical training and supervised therapy at the Family Institute in Jerusalem. I am trained in EMDR levels 1&2, EMDR 1&2 for children and adolescents, and Internal Family systems levels 1&2. I have also studied with international trainers Mary Jo Barett, Terry Real, and Pat Ogden.

If you have any questions, please give me a call.

I look forward to hearing from you.
